We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, inappropriate behavior, health or safety concerns, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Health and Safety
By booking a service, you confirm that you have disclosed any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns that may affect your airbrush tanning session. Siren Sunless Mist is not responsible for adverse reactions when relevant health information is not disclosed prior to service. Clients are responsible for following all pre appointment and post appointment care instructions provided. Results may vary depending on skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services through Siren Sunless Mist. Siren Sunless Mist operates in the State of California. This Refund Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Services and Refund Eligibility
Due to the personalized and time reserved nature of airbrush tanning services, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you are dissatisfied with your spray tan result, you must contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may, at our discretion, offer a complimentary touch up appointment if it is determined that the issue resulted from application error and aftercare instructions were properly followed. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction related to failure to follow pre appointment or post appointment care instructions.
Cancellations and No Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Prepaid Packages and Gift Certificates
All prepaid packages, promotional services, and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law. Expiration dates, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution. Approved refunds will only apply to the amount originally paid and will not include processing fees where applicable.
